Good morning.

I come to the Galápagos 2-3 times per year, and I often bring students. Last month, I had my best trip, thanks to an employee at Arena Blanca Hotel -- Maryuri.  I had met her earlier in the summer, and she was the reason I chose Arena Blanca. When I was there, she was exceedingly helpful in every possible way; she made my stay there perfect!

Maryuri is a wonderful representative of your hotel -- friendly, helpful, and very professional. Employees like her make your hotel look very good; you should be proud of her. I wish I had employees like Maryuri!

If I come back to San Cristóbal, I'll check to see if Maryuri is working at hour hotel. If she is, I'll sure stay there.
